InnoRenew CoE researchers visited iQwood

InnoRenew CoE researchers – Edit Földvári Nagy, Dr. Jakub Sandak,  Dr. Andreja Kutnar, Lei Han, Dr. Mohammad Derikvand, and Amina Selmanović – visited the company iQwood.

iQwood is producing eco-friendly houses with patented, solid, extremely stable and safe wooden structure, made of solid alpine wood and without any adhesives, chemicals or metals. They build construction systems designed for unique and healthy homes, but they also develop machines that are used for the construction of such homes, specifically for the production process.

InnoRenew CoE researchers meet with iQwood representatives and learned about their production process, the statics and architectural design of such wooden houses.
