Dr. Ana Slavec, InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM researcher, attended the 20th International digital curation conference, held 16-18 February 2026, in Zagreb, Croatia.

Dr. Slavec presented a poster titled “Monitoring Data Sharing Practices Using FAIR Assessment Tools: Insights from the University of Primorska”. In her contribution, she analyzed 12 research data publications in repositories, including publications by three researchers from InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM. Her presentation received very positive feedback and generated ideas for further research.

The conference is an annual event that brings together professionals and organizations from diverse disciplines involved in research data management and digital curation. Participants engaged in sessions on topics such as digital preservation, FAIR data practices, metadata standards and emerging trends in research data management.

The 20th International Digital Curation Conference was organized by the Digital Curation Centre (DCC) and provided excellent opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange and international collaboration.
