Dr. Andreja Kutnar, acting department chair of InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM, was appointed associate editor of Wood and Fiber Science journal. This is an international open-access journal of the Society of Wood Science and Technology (SWST).

Dr. Kutnar, in collaboration with editor Eric Hansen and associate editors Ling Li and Arijit Sinha, contributes to publishing high-quality scientific research of international interest. The journal features studies on wood and lignocellulosic materials, biomaterials, timber structures and engineering, natural fiber composites, nanotechnology, timber treatment and harvesting, botany, mycology, adhesives, bioresins and operations research.
