InnoRenew CoE hosted Dr. Tina Špegelj, who currently holds the position of Director of Sustainable Development, at the company Marles.

Dr. Špegelj is an expert in timber construction and sustainable building development. Her research focuses on advanced timber structures and the energy performance of buildings. She is also recognized as one of Slovenia’s leading specialists in industrialized timber systems, sustainable building solutions and process optimization in the prefabricated timber industry.

During the guest lecture, she presented the work of the company Marles and provided a more detailed discussion on building energy simulations.
