InnoRenew CoE joined the University of Primorska at the sports and social event StartUP, which took place on Saturday, 4 October 2025, in the Žusterna Seaside Park. The event was organised to welcome students to the start of the new academic year.

Amina Selmanović and Olga Srejić from InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM, took part in the event and presented InnoRenew CoE. They prepared different wood samples for participants, and they had to guess both the species and the approximate age of each piece.

The event gives first-year students an opportunity to connect with one another and meet senior students. A special part of this event, in addition to various engaging activities, is the interaction with the university’s academic and professional staff.

At the event, members of the University of Primorska and local cultural associations presented themselves.
