Also this year, InnoRenew CoE, UP IAM, took part at the event Dan pri delodajalcu and hosted students who are deciding on their further education and career choices at its premises.

Students were welcomed by Vesna Starman who presented to them the profession of a researcher. They toured the institute’s facilities, research laboratories and learned about research work in practice. Additionally, they found out how employees contribute to the institute’s success with their knowledge and collaboration.

The purpose of this event is to give students insight into a real working environment and help them understand what different professions looks like in practice. Such events provide young people with valuable experiences that help them discover their own career paths.
