InnoRenew CoE joined and participated in the European Researchers Night, which took place on Friday, 26 September 2025. This year’s event was held under the slogan “oooZnanost! – Fake News and Conspiracy Theories? Let’s empower (ourselves for) science!”.

In the InnoRenew CoE building, Dr. Črtomir Tavzes and Maj Repek, welcomed many young visitors and guided them through the research institute. They presented laboratories and the work of the researchers. This was followed by a short presentation on carbon flows and carbon in wood, serving as a basis for reflecting on myths and facts about wood.

The event was held under the honorary patronage of the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr. Nataša Pirc Musar.
