InnoRenew CoE hosted the SINTETIC project 2nd Techincal Meeting

This week, the SINTETIC project partners held its second technical meeting and review session at InnoRenew CoE. The event brought together project partners and other interested attendees to discuss the latest advancements in traceability and digital solutions for the wood value chain.

The program included different activities, including a presentation of the overall status of the project by the project coordinator and the progress of technical work packages by its leaders. Participants explored the latest green digital tools and Web APP to process and report forest inventory information. Key topics included advancements in wood quality models relating timber properties with stand and process data and innovative IT solutions for training digitalization of forest operators.

Additionally, the project’s review meeting took place. The review focused on compliance with EUDR, improving digital traceability, and the scalability of developed technologies.

The event was also a great opportunity for networking and collaborative discussions on shaping the future of digital transformation in the wood industry.
