Yesterday, InnoRenew CoE hosted a roundtable discussion about reasons why the green transition can be good for Slovenia, organized by Platforma sodelovanja. The event brought together experts from various fields to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the green transition.

The roundtable discussion was moderated by Dr. Alja Brglez, a sustainable solutions project developer at ICK – Institute for Civilization and Culture and co-founder of Platforma sodelovanja. Among the speakers was also Dr. Andreja Kutnar, InnoRenew CoE director, who emphasized the importance of connecting different stakeholders and promoting timber construction to ensure a successful green transition. She highlighted the role of research institutions in developing innovative and sustainable ideas.

Other speakers that took part of the discussion were Dr. Senko Pličanič, Marko Lukić, Mag. Gregor Macedoni, Dr. Griša Močnik, and Dr. Maja Simoneti, who shared their insights on sustainable solutions important for the green transition in Slovenia.
