Eva Prelovšek Niemelä, head of the research department for creativity and society at InnoRenew CoE and architect, welcomed at the institute a group of members from the Association of  Forest Owners. They organized a one-day trip to the Primorska region.

She presented to them the process of designing and constructing the institute, highlighting the modern sustainable construction aspects that were followed throughout.

The visitors also had the opportunity to see the institute’s research laboratories, where various studies on renewable materials and sustainable construction are conducted. The meeting served as an excellent opportunity for exchanging opinions and ideas on connecting research with practices in forestry.
