On Friday, 29 November 2024, the academy Zelena Slovenija is organising an online conference to launch the handbook Business Challenges for the Wood Processing Industry 2030.

The conference is aimed primarily at companies in the wood processing industry, schools and colleges, architects and planners, and those responsible for the green transition in companies.

The programme will include also a presentation by Dr. Ana Slavec, InnoRenew CoE researcher, who will talk about the behaviour of Slovenian consumers when using wood in construction.

In five thematic chapters, the Business Challenges for the Wood Processing Industry 2030 handbook proposes innovative solutions in an analytical yet concrete way that can lead to changes for better business. In addition to good examples from national and international woodworking companies, they also present new company cultures and new business models.

Participation at the online conference is free of charge, but prior registration is required via the form on the official website, by 28 November 2024.
