From 23 to 27 September 2024, the University of Primorska hosted a delegation from the Estonian Academy of Arts (EKA), a partner in T4EU, with the aim to provide additional educational content on sustainable construction. Nine students visited the InnoRenew CoE and gained knowledge about the functioning of the research institute and innovative approaches in the field of renewable materials and sustainable construction.

The students listened to lectures about the values and principles of the New European Bauhaus compass, engineered living architectural materials, environmental and ergonomic design criteria for renovation works and acoustics. Dr. Anna Sandak presented “From Renewable to Living Materials: Advancing Beyond Conventional Material Design.”
