The Faculty of Health Sciences, organised the international conference »Health of Working-Age and Older Adults«, in Portorož.

Dr Kaja Kastelic, InnoRenew CoE researcher, attended the conference where she gave an invited lecture about implementing 24-hour movement behaviours as a determinant of health into the Slovenian environment. This is the current GIB24 project, whose partners are UP FVZ, InnoRenew CoE and NIJZ.

The main aim of the conference is to present interdisciplinary actions based on the latest scientific knowledge to improve health and quality of life and to prevent risk factors for the most common modern diseases in different age groups.
