As part of Transform4Europe Week, organized by the University of Primorska and the University of Trieste, Dr. Anna Sandak and Dr. Wojciech Pajerski conducted training for students on building design driven by the New European Bauhaus. They presented bioinspired solutions for sustainable architecture with a special focus on engineered living materials.

Additionally, participants visited the Engineered Living Materials Laboratory where, with the help of other team members (Dr. Anja Černoša, Dr. Valentina Hribljan, Faksawat Poohphajai, and Sasikala Perumal), they engaged in laboratory activities related to environmental sampling, preparing fungal cultures, and microscopy observations.

Throughout the week, numerous events took place, including seminars, workshops, presentations, sports events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
