Dr. Andreja Kutnar, InnoRenew CoE director, together with Eric Hansen from Oregon State University, USA and Tamara Franca from Mississippi State University, USA, visited the University of Maine.

The purpose of the visit was to perform the SWST Accreditation Site Visit to accredit the Bachelor study programme in Sustainable Materials and Technology and the Masters study program in Forest Resources at the University of Maine.

Additionally, they visited the BioHome3D, which is the first 3D-printed house, made entirely with bio-based materials. It was 3D printed by the University of Maine Advanced Structures and Composites Center (ASCC) in 2022.
