Dr. Andreja Kutnar, InnoRenew CoE director, and Alijana Batič, InnoRenew CoE’s professional associate for administrative project management, attended the project Pharaon Review Meeting, held 19-21 March 2024, in Florence, Italy.

Dr. Andreja Kutnar presented the Slovenian pilot in the session dedicated to the overview of all pilots’ deployment. The Slovenian pilot aimed to provide appropriate technological solutions to support independent living, increase social inclusion and improve the well-being of older people, especially at retirement homes. Dr. Kutnar presented preliminary data of the Slovenian pilot, lessons that they have learned through the implementation of technologies, policy recommendations based on what they learned and success stories, together with next steps.

Additionally, Dr. Kutnar chaired the session about the two open calls. The status and achievements of open calls were presented and the pre-validation for open call 1 discussed.
