Today, on 8 March 2024, we mark International Women’s Day to celebrate women’s equality.

At InnoRenew CoE, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace for everyone, and to have diversity in our staff, including gender equality. Among 61 employees, 49 % are women. It is also encouraging to note that among the 12 InnoRenew CoE employees who are also enrolled in a PhD or Master’s study programmes, 10 are women, working in a variety of fields – renewable materials for healthy built environments, kinesiology, chemistry, communication science, acoustics, pedagogy, psychology.
