The InnoRenew CoE is collaborating with the University of Primorska on the New European Bauhaus Academy (NEBA) project. The project is aiming to answer to the EU’s Green Deal demands for sustainable construction. The University of Primorska is the project coordinator. From 1 April this year, the educational hubs will be launched all around Europe.
The Primorska kronika TV team visited InnoRenew CoE, which is the New European Bauhaus Academy’s headquarters and spoke to some of the actors involved in the project.
Dr Andreja Kutnar from InnoRenew CoE and the University of Primorska said that the trend towards timber construction is increasing and there is a need to educate those who choose to build this way. This is why the Academy will create an international alliance of educational institutions and training providers that will offer tailored and high-quality training, curricula and programmes on sustainable building solutions through a digital platform.
