Dr. Dean Lipovac, InnoRenew CoE researcher, participated at the online conference on the occasion of the launch of the handbook – Wood, the material of present and future. In the book experts from different perspectives shed light on the use of wood as a material in construction and products.

Dr. Lipovac presented his contribution “Wood is the clear choice for the construction of living spaces in many contexts”.

The handbook makes the case for wood as the material of first choice for construction and products and  highlights why it is underused in Slovenia. It also includes more articles prepared by InnoRenew CoE researchers.

Wood, the material of present and future – benefits and challenges, was published by Fit media, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport, the public agency SPIRIT Slovenia, the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Association of the Wood and Furniture Industry, companies, professional and educational institutions in Slovenia.
