Eva Prelovšek Niemelä and Dr. Črtomir Tavzes, InnoRenew CoE researchers, hosted representatives from the Ministry of Public Administration, the Ministry of Environment, Climate and Energy and the Ministry of Defence at the institute’s building.

They attended a meeting where they learned about the institute, its key activities and research topics. Additionally they discussed about the institute building itself, the construction process and all the challenges that InnoRenew CoE faced in constructing this wooden building. The importance of green public procurement and the increasing use of natural materials in construction was emphasised.

The meeting ended with a tour of the building and the research laboratories.
