Dr. Andreja Kutnar, InnoRenew CoE director, participated ta the EPF (European panel federation) Annual General Meeting, held 21-23 June 2023, in Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

She presented the InnoRenew CoE and University of Primorska activities and endeavours in the roundtable discussion about the New European Bauhaus (NEB) in new buildings and construction. The discussion was focused on wood and wood-based panels positively influencing the beauty and sustainability that are in line with NEB goals. Dr. Andreja Kutnar presented the New European Bauhaus Academy Pioneer Hub for Sustainable Built Environments with Renewable Materials (NEBAP Hub) which was recently established at the University of Primorska.

The event was a good opportunity for networking and sharing good practised of the European wood-based panels industry.
