Dr. Anna Sandak, InnoRenew CoE research group leader, joined the workshop High-level co-creation lab on digitally-enabled approaches to sustainability, inclusion and aestethics, hosted by CERN IdeaSquare.

She was moderating one of the “Think and do” sessions on shaping the NEB Academy for a sustainable built environment. Participants were discussing about the most relevant topics to be covered by NEB Academy, how to attract different stakeholders and overcome language barriers.

The NEB Academy will provide trainings on sustainable construction, circularity, and biobased materials to accelerate the transformation of the construction sector.

The event was also connected with the CERN Green Village, a newly launched project where they offer integrated spaces for living and working, and easy access that prioritises soft mobility.
