Aarne Johannes Niemelä, InnoRenew CoE architect and researcher, attended the International Wood Architecture Conference, which took place 4 November 2022, in Tallin, Estonia.

He presented the architecture and construction process of InnoRenew CoE building, including some examples how scientific research was integrated within the planning and construction process. He emphasized the constant monitoring, and integration of REED (Restorative Environmental Ergonomic Design) principles.

The conference brought to participants the best and most exciting examples of wood architecture from Estonia and around the world.
