InnoRenew CoE hosted the first project partners meeting for the Protein-baSEd Adhesive For high-performAnce indooR timbEr stRuctures (SEAFARER) project.

Representatives of all project partners – InnoRenew CoE, University of Primorska and The Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute – gathered in order to discuss the project tasks, flow of work in five work packages, and deadlines. The SEAFARER project aims to develop a protein-based adhesive with improved resistance against moisture, to prove its adhesive behavior and to comprehensively investigate performance of using such wood-adhesives bond.

The project is funded by the Slovenian Research Agency, and it will last for 3 years.
