The Bioregions Facility organized an online event Bioregions Forestry Speed Dating on Key challenges and innovation opportunities for Wood Construction.

Dr. Iztok Šušteršič, InnoRenew CoE research group leader for sustainable construction, joined the event and opened the session dedicated to biobased construction, where he spoke about the key innovation challenges and opportunities in wood/hybrid construction. Further he represented the new InnoRenew CoE building.

The aim of this events is to showcase and speed up the uptake of innovations in priority areas for the forest bioeconomy.
