InnoRenew CoE joined the Municipality of Izola in A Day for Change. This traditional nationwide volunteer action has been running under Slovenian Philanthropy since 2010 to encourage citizens to actively respond to the needs of their community.

This year’s joint action from the Municipality of Izola and Komunala Izola took place in Izola’s old town. Participants cleaned up public areas and tourist hotspots. They repainted urban equipment and exposed walls, planted flowers and shrubs and picked up litter along the walking paths.

InnoRenew CoE’s team helped paint the benches on Izola’s promenade towards Svetilnik Beach, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to the city and the local community.
