Today, InnoRenew CoE hosted researchers from the Institute for Computer Science and Control, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, for the final meeting of the “Optimization for sustainable supply chains” project.

The project’s goal was to optimize supply chains while considering environmental impacts and energy costs. Special attention was given to reverse logistics, where raw materials partly come from recycled sources.

At today’s meeting, researchers reviewed the project results and discussed how these results could be used in subsequent research projects.
