Dr Iztok Šušteršič, InnoRenew CoE’s Sustainable Building with Renewable Materials research group leader, collaborated with students from the Department of Journalism at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana.

For the journalism practicum class, students had to present Slovenia’s new seismic map. Dr Šušteršič helped them and explained the consequences of the new seismic map on construction in Slovenia. His research group at InnoRenew CoE explores the topics of earthquake safety for buildings, seismic rehabilitation of buildings and design of integrated construction solutions.
