The Woodrise Alliance organized its first webinar, “Dynamic of Structures – Wind-induced Vibrations”, on 10 December 2020.

More that 40 participants connected to the event and listened to four presentations, including one by Dr Iztok Šušteršič, InnoRenew CoE’s Sustainable Building with Renewable Materials research group leader, entitled “In-situ measurements and finite element model comparisons – a 7 story CLT case study”.

Other presenters were international engineering experts Pierre Landel, Dr Girma Bitsuamlak and Samuel Cuerrier Auclair.

Participants had also an opportunity to engage with presenters in fruitful discussions and ask questions.
