COST Action CA18236 – Multi-disciplinary innovation for social change held its kickoff meeting in January 2020 at the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Nežka Sajinčič, InnoRenew CoE assistant researcher, joined the meeting as a member of both the Action’s management committee and first working group. As part of the first working group, Nežka will assist in developing design-led approaches to social innovation and social entrepreneurship. During the meeting, all working groups discussed ongoing activities and future plans.

According to their website, the goal of this Action is “to demonstrate, through the adoption of Multi-Disciplinary Innovation (MDI) methods, how we can respond to social problems with a design-led approach which has a problem-oriented ethos, supporting positive social change and the development of international public policy discourse.”
