On Monday, 4th June 2018 Dr Václav Sebera, a researcher at the InnoRenew CoE, attended the Industrial Forum IRT in Portorož. The event is held under the patronage of the president of The Republic of Slovenia, Borut Pahor.

The main goal of the forum is to acquaint the professional audience with the novelties, innovations, results of research and development, modern technologies and their use, as well as with domestic and foreign experience that could improve the operations and increase the competitive ability of Slovene manufacturing companies.

Dr Sebera meet with representatives of two companies. With the company SIMTEC, which is developing software for optimization of business processes, they discussed capabilities of finite element software and possible cooperation with our research centre. Furthermore, he also meet the representatives of the company TOPOMATIKA and discussed rapid prototyping using stereovision system and its link to numerical software.
