Some of our employees had the pleasure of visiting Cnr-Ivalsa, the National Research Council of Italy Trees and Timber Institute, which is situated in San Michele all’Adige, Trento in Italy.

Cnr-Ivalsa is active in research activities related to the technological development of wood, building, dendrochronology and preservation of cultural heritage, protection and valorisation of the forests, and other activities.

During the visit they offered us a toured visit of their lab facilities, and they explained to us how they operate.

After that our team took the advantage of the wonderful soundings of Italian Alps, and we organized a team building weekend that was a good opportunity for all of us to interact and strengthen our bonds.

We look forward to our next visit of the Cnr-Ivalsa and to hosting them in our research centre of excellence in the future.
