It was a pleasure to host Mr Lothar Clauder from Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development in Germany. He is a R&D assistant at Chemistry and Physics of Wood and Chemical Engineering at the Eberswalde University, and he spent 3 weeks with us.

The main objective of his visit was to develop a draft proposal for the call H2020-RUR-2018-2020. The title of the project is Temporary buildings in reusable lightweight material design (WoodLightWeight).

During his visit he discussed his ideas with our researchers from different research areas. We organized several meetings and workshops with our researchers and together they came up with new ideas and guidelines for the proposal.

We are proud to be involved in this developing project, and we look forward to witness the future development.
