Manca Drobne is a project manager at the InnoRenew CoE.
She has a Master’s degree in Political Science (Policy Analysis – European Aspects) from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences.
Working for the University of Primorska, the National Institute of Public Health and Ljubljana Institute of Oncology over the last 14 years, Manca has gained considerable experience in the activation, management, and coordination of a wide variety of national and international projects across different funding programmes; these include establishing and implementing communication strategies and carrying out legal and administrative project coordination and management procedures (European Commission research and innovation framework programmes, as well as other European programmes). Her main focus has been on administration, financial planning, reporting, and the provision of technical support to researchers applying to calls for proposals as part of research and development programmes. She is also familiar with the requirements for obtaining funds at the national level.
