Jure is an assistant researcher at the InnoRenew CoE and a PhD student of the applied kinesiology program in the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Primorska.

Jure completed his bachelor’s studies in nutritional counselling – dietetics and his master’s studies in dietetics at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Primorska. His main field of interest is human physiology and health.
